David is the company President and has served on the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Board of Directors and is a former President of Arizona ASHI. He was the primary author of the Arizona State Home Inspector Licensing legislation. His resume includes broad experience and the performance of thousands of inspections in the Phoenix area.  David is a contributor to the HGTV.com website (search "David Swartz") and has been featured in two episodes of HGTV's hit show House Detective and on an episode of My First Place.

Michael is an ASHI Member and has over twenty years of construction experience as a licensed General Contractor. Making the conversion to an inspection career in 1988, Michael has thousands of inspections under his belt.
