coverage of your RPM Home Warranty Plan. This coverage is available
on single family homes, resale homes, condominiums, townhomes, mobile
homes,
duplex, triplex and fourplex dwellings. For homes over 5,000 sq. ft.,
call for a quote.

is necessary) , shower heads and shower arms, hose bibbs
- Water Heater - Sediment
- Heating Systems - Registers, grills, filters and heat lamps
- Garage Door
Opener - Motor, switches, receiver unit, track assembly
- Dishwasher - Racks baskets and rollers
- Microwave Oven - Interior lining, door glass,
clocks and shelves
- Range/Oven/Cooktop - Clocks, rotisseries, racks,
handles, knobs, dials and interior lining
- Trash Compactor - Removable
buckets, lock and key assemblies
- Smoke Detector - Both battery operated
and hardwired systems
- Air Conditioning - Filters, registers, grills
- Ceiling Fans - All parts
and components
- Code Violations - RPM will pay up to $250 aggregate (combined
limit for the life of the contract) to correct
a code violation in relation
to
a heating, electrical or plumbing trade service
call if necessary to effect repair or replacement
